Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify safety hazards. Investigate and report accidents, incidents, near misses, and safety violations. Implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policy Keep abreast of new developments in safety legislation and industry best practices. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of construction sites, equipment, and tools. Identify and address safety issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, accidents, and incidents. Prepare reports for senior management on the status of safety compliance and performance. Investigate the construction site to ascertain equipment, production, and material processes do not pose a safety or health hazard to employees, work guests, and the general public. Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies. Review and approve all subcontractors' safety plans. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety. Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics Ability to develop and implement safety programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills Valid Driving License within UAE

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
