We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable
Safety Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a safe workplace environment, and implement preventive measures to reduce hazards in our retail and warehousing operations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws and company standards. Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees on workplace safety and emergency procedures. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses with recommendations for corrective actions. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training. Coordinate with management to enhance the overall safety culture within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Occupational Health & Safety
,Environmental Science
, or a related field. Minimum3+ years of experience
in a safety-related role, ideally within retail or warehousing sectors. Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departmentsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
