Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Organizing and conducting safety training programs for construction and teams.
Investigating incidents, accidents, or near misses, and preparing detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.
Ensuring that all personnel have access to and effectively use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Advising on waste management and environmental sustainability practices in construction and landscape projects.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree/Diploma (attested) in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years proven experience in MEP construction.
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of ADOSH requirements.
Background knowledge of ISO45001 / ISO14001.
Skills:
A strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
