Job Summary

Ensure Implementation of HSE policy, plan, and procedures. Ensure compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice, and relevant standards. Conduct site safety Inductions, toolbox meetings, and in-house trainings. Assess risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations. Maintain safe working conditions by conducting periodic inspections of the equipments, tools, fire extinguishers, and the worksite and correcting any deficiencies. Monitor site welfare facilities, housekeeping activities, and manual handling activities. Prepare HSE reports, maintain proper records, and perform root cause analysis for incident/accident Ensure all accidents and personal injuries are reported and documented to the management. Promote and reinforce safe behaviors across projects and job sites. Handle site waste management and manage the provision of site first aid. Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

Qualification:

Diploma OSHAD or Nebosh certification In-depth knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar roles Expert in MS office Must have healthcare experience
