is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Safety Officer

to ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across our decoration and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a strong safety culture and protecting the well-being of all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures

across all active construction/decoration sites and projects.

Conduct regular

on-site

inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions immediately. Ensure that all workers and subcontractors adhere strictly to safety regulations

at the site level

and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Lead site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and mandatory safety training sessions. Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed safety reports for management. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, incidents, and legal compliance. Oversee emergency preparedness, including fire drills and evacuation plans.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience

in a Safety Officer or HSE role, preferably within the construction, fit-out, or decoration sector.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

Must possess relevant, internationally recognized Safety Certifications, such as:

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)

IOSH Managing Safely

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety

Or an equivalent recognized safety qualification (e.g., Construction Health and Safety Technician - CHST). Strong knowledge of local UAE health and safety regulations and international standards. Ability to conduct effective safety training sessions and communicate safety protocols clearly.

Available for immediate joining*

Salary:

AED 3000 - AED 4,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
