Job Description
:
We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in accordance with ADDC or AADC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in alignment with ADDC/AADC regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace. Provide training and support to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably within the construction or utility sector. Knowledge of ADDC or AADC safety standards and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Aware about TAQA
