to join our manufacturing facility in Riyadh. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of production areas, machines, and equipment to identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and industrial safety standards.
Lead accident/incident investigations and provide reports with corrective and preventive actions.
Organize safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
Maintain and update safety documentation, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve workplace safety culture.
Monitor and manage PPE usage across all manufacturing operations.
Report safety performance and metrics to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required).
Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and enforce safety regulations effectively.

Must be currently in Riyadh
(or willing to relocate).
