Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
Organize and deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and incident logs.
Collaborate with management and staff to improve overall safety culture.
Monitor and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Assist in developing emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
Qualifications:
NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
National Safety Council OSHA.
IOSH Certificate in Working Safely.
Saudi Council of Engineers Membership
- 5 years experience as a Safety officer in Sabic/Aramco or any Petrochemical industry
- Graduate or diploma holder
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
