Description
:Regularly inspect the factory's equipment, machinery, and work areas to ensure compliance to the Henkel SHE standards
Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and SHE risks and recommend corrective actions.
Drive culture based safety and provide SHE training to employees and promote awareness of safe work practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports of SHE inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency safety equipment. Coordinate emergency drills and responses.
Manage the PTW system and monitor compliance with PTW requirements (Method statement/Risk Assessment) for safe execution of non routine tasks.
