Safety Engineer (egyptian Nationality)
Job Description
Ensure that all equipment is installed and operated safely.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and the site to identify potential hazards.
Review installation standards and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
Address health-related complaints and identify recurring hazards that require corrective action.
Analyze site operations and equipment performance to compile statistical data for accurate reporting.
Maintain and document safety records, meeting minutes, and reports for management.
Implement and enforce the company's safety policies and procedures on-site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of drilling and excavation activities.
Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international health and safety legislation.
Prepare and submit safety reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Must be in AUE and can join immediately Arabic speaker candidates with experience in the UAE or Gulf region are preferred. Previous experience as a Safety Officer in construction, drilling, or excavation projects is essential. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Certification in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, particularly in emergency situations.
