Safety Engineer
Job Description
1. Knowledge in procedure and regulation of safety procedure in solar. 2. Can read and understand the method statement in PV Solar Field. 3. Conduct Toolbox talks and training sessions to create a culture of safety awareness and accountability across all project sites. 4. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to eliminate and mitigate risks and hazards. 5. Identify high risk and non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions promptly. 6. Investigate incidents, accidents and near. Qualification: Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Must be a very diligent, hard worker. Must pay close attention to detail. Must possess a sharp eye. Excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to solve difficult problems. Must be able to effectively multitask
