Job Title: Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fEstimate the safety requirements of site and supply to site persons.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fExecute toolbox meetings, safety training & safety drills.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fConduct safety audits.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fConduct meetings with client / consultant / in house.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSubmit weekly / monthly reports / Quarterly EHS MIS reports to client / Contractor.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPlanning & implementation of core safety requirements along with application of best practices.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fLooking after the safety, health, and environment and fire protection activities for entire Company.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fEstablish safety systems for various operational control methods & ensure 100% preparedness for contingencies.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo check & evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fLiaison with various Govt. authorities related to safety aspects, Fatal accidents, legal aspects.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fCarry out plant safety inspection in order to observe the physical condition of work.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPeriodic review of safety manuals, procedures, on site emergency plan/SOP/work instruction etc for continued safety.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fConduct site audit to ensure compliance. Conduct Accident investigation along with site team to ensure non-repetitive of accident.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare risk assessment for all site activities.

Specifications:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreferred Age: 35
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMinimum Qualification: Civil Engineer/ B.E. or B.TECH
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fYears of Experience: 4

Desired Skills:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have worked in Abu Dhabi as Health & Safety officer.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be able to read and interpret Utility Drawings and NOC Conditions.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould liaise with all the authorities at site.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fU.A.E Driving License Mandatory.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have relevant Safety Engineer certificates \xe2\x80\x93 Nebosh IGC
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMust be aware of all Abu Dhabi HSE law and regulations.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fOSHAD approved safety officer is preferred.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fKnowledge of ACAD & spoke ARABIC is an added advantage
