Overview

#

Coordinates the Occupational Safety and Environment team across all areas of Biocom;



participates in the preparation and compliance with the area's annual budget (expenses and investments);



implements a plan to reduce the number of incidents and accidents;



trains and develops team members through educational and practical explanations (work-based education);



ensures the health and physical integrity of team members by reducing and/or eliminating the risk of accidents in the workplace;



develops Occupational Safety Plans, occupational safety documentation, PAE, PPRA, CPAT, PPE, and EPC;



manages the processes of the STMA area;



develops internal procedural standards and safety regulations;



monitors internal and external audits;



prepares training programs on occupational safety, including the awareness and dissemination program on occupational safety and health standards;



monitors general issues at national and international levels, related to legal issues required by various regulatory agencies, minimizing operational problems and difficulties.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, and/or related fields;

In-depth technical knowledge of Safety Standards and proven certifications;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Experience managing large teams;

Negotiation techniques;

Technical and legal interpretation of environmental and occupational safety issues;
