SaaS Sales Executive (Mid-Level) - FinTech - Dubai, Full Time
You must be a Technology Sales Executive, experienced in SaaS Sales and selling contracts to clients in a fast-paced, startup culture.
Candidates must be based in Dubai or be open to relocate to Dubai to be considered for this position. A relocation package can be offered by the client, should you not be based in Dubai. Responsibilities
Drive revenue for the business, owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation.
Develop strategies for hunting, demoing the product, and closing opportunities with multiple internal and external stakeholders to meet personal and business targets.
Provide a consultative selling approach through analysing customer needs, advising customers, and solidifying long-standing relationships
Focus on results \xe2\x80\x93 pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem
Navigate internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives, investors, and cross functional partners
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in SaaS Sales primarily within Financial Services, ideally AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills.
Experience closing multiple deals per quarter, with an average closed deal value of +$100K
Ability to discuss client value proposition with decision makers across stakeholders, internal and external
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Arabic.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
