We are looking for a Russian-speaking Customer Service cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests with a high standard of hospitality
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken, reading, and writing preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or F&B industry is an advantage
Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
Well-presented and professional demeanor
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
