Requirements:
2 - 3 years of experience in a customer care/telesales role
Real Estate experience and/or Mortgage experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (Written + Verbal)
Negotiation and problem solving skills
Proactive and takes initiative and ownership problem solving
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for the B2C enquiries - calls, WhatsApp and Chat
Answer any questions about the products/services offered
Understand customer requirements and make proposals / recommendations accordingly
Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of calls including useful information from the customers
Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the client\'s journey (CRM + Product)
