- 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer care/telesales role
- Real Estate experience and/or Mortgage experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Written + Verbal)
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proactive and takes initiative and ownership problem solving
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the B2C enquiries - calls, WhatsApp and Chat
- Answer any questions about the products/services offered
- Understand customer requirements and make proposals / recommendations accordingly
- Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of calls including useful information from the customers
- Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the client\'s journey (CRM + Product)
