My Business Consulting DMCC is a 16-year-old, multiple award-winning Corporate Services firm, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company specializes in designing and developing bespoke solutions for Business Setup, Immigration Support, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Tax Compliance and Second Citizenship programs.

Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Corporate Services Executive (a sales + client account management role) with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services.

Job responsibilities:

Sales + Client Relationship/Client Account management role - focusing only on services provided by My Business Consulting DMCC like Business Setup/Company formation etc. Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success with main responsible of development and achievement of sales target on monthly basis. Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients Efficiency on-boarding of new clients through all channels mentioned above Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies' services Promote our company's services with prospect/existing clients may it be from the company's marketing efforts or personal contacts Assist as the most professional and efficient link of communication between clients and all internal My Business Consulting DMCC team members. Ensure client satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays, mistakes, and miscommunications. Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.

Requirements:

Min. 2-4 years' work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC - please check our website to know the services we are offering. Preference to Russian speaking candidates. Proficiency in oral and written ?English ?language? is mandatory?. Any other language will be advantageous. Bachelor's Degree Advanced computer user Smart professional appearance at all times. Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities Effective team player
