We are seeking a skilled and passionate Russian-speaking General Dentist to join our modern dental clinic in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on patient comfort, aesthetics, and long-term oral health.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Practice

Perform general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and scaling & polishing.

Diagnose oral diseases and create effective treatment plans.

Provide preventive dental care and patient education.

Work collaboratively with specialists (orthodontist, surgeon, prosthodontist, etc.) for complex cases.

Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization.

2. Patient Care

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in Russian and English.

Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage treatment loyalty and referrals.

Ensure every patient receives a comfortable, personalized experience.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with DHA guidelines.

Follow all clinic policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous education programs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS/DMD/DDS).

License: DHA eligibility letter or active DHA license.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

Languages: Fluent in Russian and English .

Skills:

Strong knowledge of restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, confident, and patient-focused attitude.
