As a Public Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the company\'s image, managing communications, and building strong relationships with our Russian-speaking clients and partners. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective PR strategies that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans and strategies to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s image and reputation in the Russian-speaking market.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials in both English and Russian.
- Manage media relations, including establishing and maintaining relationships with key media contacts.
- Organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaigns to measure success and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Handle crisis communications and provide timely and appropriate responses to media inquiries.
- Translate PR materials and communication content between English and Russian as needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a PR role, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Fluency in Russian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and PR practices in the Russian-speaking market.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
