REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
Proven track record of property sales and rentals, with an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, buying and selling processes, and legal compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Valid UAE driving license is a must

WHO WE ARE

Dynasty Real Estate LLC presently operates 3 established branches located all over Dubai (Business Bay, Motor City & The Sustainable City).
We operate our own in-house Marketing Team for content creation & lead generation to ensure our Agents receive excellent exposure.
The base commission structure is in between 60% - 65% (no slabs)
All Agents are assisted with obtaining their RERA certification (we cover broker card fees, not RERA examination cost)
