: Chef / Sous Chef with Project Management Experience
We are seeking a dynamic Chef or Sous Chef with a strong background in Russian cuisine and proven project management skills to lead the launch and operations of new culinary ventures, including dark kitchens and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end restaurant or dark kitchen setup projects
Develop authentic Russian menus and oversee recipe standardization
Coordinate kitchen design, equipment sourcing, and operational workflows
Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Russian cuisine
Hands-on experience in launching dark kitchens or restaurants
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
Driving License required
Languages Known - English/Russian(preferred)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
