We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Admin cum Receptionist
who is fluent in
Russian and English
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Translate documents and assist with communication for Russian-speaking clients or staff
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Fluency in
Russian
and
English
(spoken and written) is mandatory
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or procedures] is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in a bilingual or international work environment
