Key Responsibilities
General Duties:

• Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., kitchen, service, management).
• Run errands outside the venue as required (e.g., picking up last-minute supplies, equipment, or documents).
• Accept, check, and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown for service, events, or shoots.

For Hospitality (Restaurants/Events):

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Refill water glasses and assist with clearing tables.
• Ensure stations are stocked with clean glassware, silverware, and linens.
• Support the dishwashing station by bringing dirty dishes and organizing clean ones.
• Assist bartenders by fetching ice, garnishes, and restocking bar supplies.

For Film/TV Production:

• Distribute call sheets, scripts, and other documents to cast and crew.
• Perform "lock-ups" to ensure quiet on set during filming.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment (e.g., cables, chairs, tents).
• Manage craft services (crafty) by keeping the snack and beverage area stocked and clean.
• Provide transport for crew, talent, or equipment as directed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (may vary based on location and duties involving alcohol).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and be active for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A proactive and "can-do" attitude.
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in a support role within a restaurant, event venue, or production set.
• Basic knowledge of [relevant industry, e.g., food safety protocols or film set etiquette].
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
