Core Duties

• Greet customers on arrival or after being seated and assist with orders to reduce waiting times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support efficient service.
• Clean and polish restaurant equipment, glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
• Participate in training and induction of new employees.
• Support the restaurant closing process, check condiments for expiry, and replenish stock as needed.
• Collect and count table linen, placing them for laundry service.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to adapt, work well in a team, and take initiative.
• Culturally aware and service-oriented.
