JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for quick and accurate delivery of orders from the assigned pass section to the guest's tables, in a professional and efficient manner

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Deliver orders and other requests to guest's table efficiently

2. Assist and support the Servers in the floor as and when required/needed

3. Handle assigned pass section and ensure accurate delivery of orders

4. Support the Servers by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations

5. Assist in setting up tables by placing appropriate tableware, utensils, decorations, and other necessities

6. Ensure to clean and set up the tables and ready to receive new guests as per the standard

7. Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to the guest's special needs

8. Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

9. Understand and anticipate customer needs, constantly checking our guests to see if they need anything

10. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and recommend products to guests

11. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage

12. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times

13. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. With prior experience in the same role in Hospitality or F&B field

2. Excellent communication and organizational skills

3. Good customer service and guest relations skills

4. Pleasant and professional personality, demonstrate ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
