RSM UAE Internship Training Programme

At RSM UAE, we are proud to support the UAE's Emiratisation agenda by preparing Emirati graduates for successful careers in assurance, accounting, tax and consulting. Our Internship Training Programme is a structured 8 to 12 week journey that combines practical experience, professional mentoring and the technical knowledge required to thrive in today's business environment.


Through this programme, you will gain exposure across Audit and Assurance, Accounting and Financial Reporting, and Tax and Business Advisory, working alongside experienced RSM professionals on real client engagements. High performing trainees may be fast tracked into permanent roles at RSM UAE.

What You Will Learn

Audit and Assurance

You will apply audit methodologies, support financial statement preparation and gain exposure to IFRS through client meetings and by shadowing senior auditors.

Accounting and Financial Reporting

You will develop an understanding of accounting systems, assist with VAT filings and payroll tax returns, and strengthen reconciliation and reporting skills.

Tax and Business Advisory

You will learn about UAE tax laws, conduct research and support VAT compliance and advisory work

.

Digital Consultancy

You will learn how RSM's consultancy and Technology and Risk teams support clients, use digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams and ERP systems, understand cybersecurity, governance and compliance, and explore digital risks including cloud, AI and automation technologies.

Your Training Experience

Real world projects: Work directly on live client assignments. Mentorship: Receive one to one guidance from RSM leaders. Career development: Benefit from workshops, networking opportunities and a clear pathway to permanent employment. Orientation and rotations: Gain structured exposure across multiple service lines.

Key success factors include the ability to apply technical knowledge in practice, to work effectively in a team, to solve problems and to manage time efficiently.

Who Can Apply

Emirati graduates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

No prior work experience is required. We are looking for motivation, commitment and readiness to learn.
