Make your mark as a Roughneck at Horizon Geosciences!
As a roughneck, you will be part of the drilling crew to assist with all drilling / mobilizing / de-mobilizing / maintenance operations.

Your responsibilities as a roughneck

• Assist with tool and pipe handling.
• Assist with sample recovery.
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery.
• Responsible for mud mixing as per the driller\xe2\x80\x99s instruction and monitoring and maintaining mud levels.
• Assisting with crane and material moving operations including rigging / slinging.
• Always ensuring personal safety and the safety of colleagues.
• Provide active participation in the form of adherence to and improvement of the company\xe2\x80\x99s integrated management system.
• Encourage working methods that promote health and safety and challenge those who do not work in a safe manner.

Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as a roughneck if you have:

• Experience of manual working in difficult conditions would be beneficial.
• A good understanding of the English Language.

Extra information

• Your team: You will be part of the Geotech Drilling Department.
• Where you will work: You will be working offshore for our projects, which are mainly located across the Middle East, Far East, and Europe.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of roughneck is a full-time job.
