We are currently seeking an experienced
Rotogravure Cylinders Proofing Machine Operator
to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the proofing machine to test and verify engraved cylinders before mass production.Key Responsibilities:
Operate rotogravure proofing machine to check quality of engraved cylinders Analyze print proofs for color consistency, registration, and engraving accuracy Coordinate with the cylinder engraving and QC teams to ensure output meets standards Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures Prepare and maintain production reports and logs Troubleshoot minor issues with machinery and escalate major concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in rotogravure cylinder proofing or similar printing operations Understanding of gravure printing processes and quality parameters Ability to identify printing defects, Colors and suggest corrective actions Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work in shifts, if required
