Part-time Rota Nanny Location | Dubai Salary | AED 187, 111.00 Overview On behalf of a warm and welcoming family, who have recently relocated to Dubai, we are seeking an experienced and nurturing part-time Rota Nanny to care for their two children aged 2 and 5. This position involves shared care, with a live-out arrangement on a 2-month on / 2-month off rotation. The client is flexible and open to adapting the rota for the right candidate. Start date: March 2024. Job duties: Responsibilities of the part-time Rota Nanny include:
- Provide shared care for two children aged 2 and 5
- Perform Nanny duties with a focus on the well-being and language development of the children
- Encourage independence and foster a sense of responsibility in the children
- Instill good manners and values into the children\xe2\x80\x99s daily routines
- Maintain the children\xe2\x80\x99s living and play areas, promoting tidiness and organisation
- Collaborate with the parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive caregiving environment
- Proven experience as a Nanny with excellent references
- Enthusiastic, patient, and caring personality
- Fluent in Spanish or Arabic, but must also speak fluent English or Russian
- Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities and encourage learning
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- This is a live-out position. Candidates must already be based in Dubai.
