\xc2\xb7 Maintain safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns. \xc2\xb7 Painting, rendering, rigging, repairing buildings, cleaning, inspecting\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x94 on buildings or structures that can only be accessed via abseiling. \xc2\xb7 Technicians basically abseil up and down buildings or structures doing repair, inspection or maintenance work. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning windows, performing routine maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Should have undergone and passed the training and assessment for Level 1. \xc2\xb7 Perform specified range of rope access tasks. \xc2\xb7 Work under the supervision of a Level 3. \xc2\xb7 Able to understand and follow the rope access procedures, method statements and risk assessments. \xc2\xb7 Responsible in the pre-use checks of his own rope access equipment. \xc2\xb7 Assist in rigging and other operations under the guidance of higher grade/level. \xc2\xb7 Undertake simple rescue in descent and also assist in rescue operation. \xc2\xb7 To carry out industrial rope access work based on his trade and skills. \xc2\xb7 Able to operate simple machines and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Possess good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on team work. \xc2\xb7 Display positive attitude towards safety, training and environment. \xc2\xb7 Takes pride in professionalism and a customer-centred focus Skills \xc2\xb7 Physically fit \xc2\xb7 Should not have fear for working in heights \xc2\xb7 Free from Drugs and Alcohol \xc2\xb7 Ability to adopt to change \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
