What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for creating seamless and memorable arrival, stay, and departure experiences to ensure our guests received nothing but the best experience.
• You'll also assist with the luggage handling, guest requests, room allocations, transportation coordination, and internal communication through telephone operators.
• Our values or Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Rooms Division team member, you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• Weather greeting guests at the door, managing logistics behind the scenes, or providing insightful concierge services, you'll play an essential part in the guest journey.
• The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Rooms Division profesional, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

What you'll bring

• You have a talent for anticipating guest needs, multitasking, and remaining calm and confident in a fast-pace luxury environment.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills and a service-driven approach.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Having skills in other languages such as Arabic, French, Mandarin or Spanish is beneficial.
