Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:

\xe2\x97\x8f Managing and coaching your front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and the warmest of welcomes

\xe2\x97\x8f Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and remedy any complaints

\xe2\x97\x8f Conducting regular front office inspections to ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re making the right first impression

\xe2\x97\x8f Helping to prepare budgets and finding new ways to drive revenue from walk-ins and up-selling at the front desk

\xe2\x97\x8f Training team members on PBX procedures and taking the lead during an emergency or crisis

\xe2\x97\x8f Reporting into the Director of Front Office you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage a team of front office employees across several specialisms.

What We need from you:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration

\xe2\x97\x8f 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Must speak fluent English

\xe2\x97\x8f Other languages preferred
