About the role

We are hiring a Rooms Divisions Manager to join W Dubai The Palm! You will be managing the execution of operations in the room\'s area departments and managing talents. As our Rooms Divisions Manager, you will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

You will be responsible for managing front office talents, managing budgets, ensuring quality standards, service standards, guest satisfaction are met and coordinating reservations and room allocation, and greeting VIP guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a 5 star luxury property and familiar with the various aspects of hotel operations. Sound like you? Please apply!

About you

• Previous experience as Rooms Divisions Manager within a 5 star luxury hotel
• Middle East/ UAE experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong management experienced
• Available to start immediately
• Hotel Management degree
