As a Rooms Controller Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless room operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody the Shangri-La philosophy.
Key Responsibilities

• Have full knowledge of the Front Office operational systems.
• Ensure the Rooms inventory is always updated by checking and maintaining house status reports.
• Prepare keys and welcome folders for arriving guests.
• Coordinate with In-Room Dining/Amenity Centre for timely delivery of guest amenities.
• Review next day's arrivals and block rooms for special requests, early arrivals, and groups.
• Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure timely turnover of rooms and availability of vacant clean rooms upon guests' arrival.
• Note, collect, and action all guests' preferences to personalize their stay.

About You

• Proven work experience within Front Office in a luxury hotel or 5-star environment.
• Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, and fully understands room operations.
• Communicates fluently in English (and local language).
• Detail-focused and guest-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable experiences.
