Rooms Controller / Front Office Supervisor
Inspiring and engaging. As a Rooms Controller, you will be assisting the team for smooth Front Office Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

- Assign the room allocation based on guest preference and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Assisting the department with admin/payroll and other operational tasks
- Service focused personality with previous experience in similar role is mandatory
- Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
