Room Service Order Taker

As an Room Service Order Taker, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintain overall efficiency of set standards for the Housekeeping function.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all F & B room service order calls are answered as laid out in Rixos standards and ensure efficient connection with the correct person.

\xc2\xb7 Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

\xc2\xb7 Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities

\xc2\xb7 To have a excellent knowledge of all F&B outlets, hotel facilities, hours of operation, shops and ball rooms.

\xc2\xb7 To be well informed about special functions and events held in the hotel on a daily basis.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose any secrets pertaining to the Company.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure that the product standards are followed as trained.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for opening and closing the check.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in 5* hotel.
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
