Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Room Attendant

to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where guests can truly relax and feel cared for.


Key Responsibilities
Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms in accordance with InterContinental brand standards Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and amenities are immaculate, well-stocked, and correctly set up Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with care and integrity Respond courteously to guest requests and deliver service with warmth and professionalism Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
