Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local areas.

Ensure the housekeeping supervisor or executive housekeeper is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the guests or other departments.
Responsible for replenishment of minibar items in rooms.
Be knowledgeable and promote or up-sell outlets and other facilities or program whenever opportunities arise.
Comply with the hotel policies and procedures relating to housekeeping.
Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the department.
Perform routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms ensuring the cleanliness meets the hotel standards.
