Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, sinks, toilets, and floors Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors Replenish room supplies (toiletries, minibar items, coffee/tea, stationery) Check room appliances (TV, lights, AC) to ensure they are functioning properly Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping carts Adhere to lost-and-found procedures Assist with laundry duties or public area cleaning if required
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and efficiency Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift objects, and stand for extended periods Good communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
