We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures Follow daily cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens Use cleaning products and equipment safely and economically Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Maintain a strong knowledge of the local area to assist guests with inquiries and directions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Adhere to all safety and security protocols Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned


Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment Understanding of safe lifting techniques and ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Basic English language skills for communicating with guests and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
