Inspect and repair damaged waterproofing layers on rooftops and terraces.
Ensure proper drainage slopes and flashing integration.
Follow safety protocols and fire prevention measures during torching.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines.
Requirement:
2-5 years of hands-on experience in
torch membrane waterproofing Familiarity
with SBS, APP, and other bitumen-based systems.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and waterproofing standards.
Knowledge of fire safety and PPE usage during torching.
On-site training or certification in waterproofing systems is a plus.
