Position summary:
During this role, you'll provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating systems, rosters and assisting with follow-up communications.
What you'll be doing:

  • Data entry and analysis: supporting the sales team to record the major database for customer and country visits, partner-based turnover, payment tracking, master partner, customer data and KPI status of partners.
  • You'll also be supporting the team to analyse the recorded data and present it to the management team.
  • Market research: conduct country-based research to understand countries' economies, market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Summarise findings and present insights to the related country managers and sales team.
  • Administrative tasks: supporting the team with tasks such as scheduling meetings, organising sales reports and preparing presentations.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by your manager and/or other departments.
Who we're looking for:
  • Current university student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, available for a full-time role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment
  • Please be aware that the Rolls-Royce site is in a remote location (Jebel Ali Free Zone) with limited public transport access
