The role holder is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of valet services across Emaar properties to ensure efficient customer service and adherence to operational standards. Also, the role assists in supervising valet staff, monitoring service quality, and coordinating operational needs to support customer satisfaction and business performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in daily valet service operations across assigned locations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Supports valet staff by assigning duties, providing basic training, and reporting performance issues to supervisors.
Coordinates vehicle parking arrangements during peak hours, special events, and high-traffic periods.
Addresses routine customer queries and supports complaint resolution in coordination with senior staff.
Conducts spot checks to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and proper vehicle handling.
Ensures availability of necessary tools, equipment, and uniforms for valet teams.
Maintains logbooks, service checklists, and reports for shift activities and incidents.
Liaises with other departments to facilitate smooth operations during events or activations.
Ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
* Reports service gaps, incidents, and improvement opportunities to line managers for further action.
