ABOUT THE FUNCTION

To lead all Marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit of Emaar Hospitality Group, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Marketing, Digital, Public Relations and Social Media strategy and its associated activations in accordance with company and brand specific guidelines, processes and policies, with the aim to maximise share of voice, performance across all IBU Marketing metrics, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and IBU awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 2+ years of progressive Social Media and Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong communicator, and proven record managing Social Media and Digital Marketing activations.
• Strong experience in delivering strategic Social Media and hands-on social media tactics.
• Experience in creative design, either in qualification, experience or interest.
• Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality/ marketing/ advertising & communications, or other related fields.
