The role holder is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with company standards. Also, the role supports daily outlet operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience and maintain high service quality at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs table service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly.
Prepares tables, cleans service areas, and maintains readiness for guest service.
Supports the team in setting up the restaurant, arranging tables, and replenishing supplies.
Maintains cleanliness and proper mise-en-place at the workstation and service pantry.
Suggests menu items and is familiar with ingredients and methods of preparation.
Cleans and polishes glassware, chinaware, and cutlery to maintain hygiene standards.
Handles linen, crockery, and other service equipment carefully to avoid damage.
Follows the correct service sequence as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintains grooming and hygiene standards as prescribed by the company.
Attends scheduled training sessions and assists colleagues when required.
