Bachelor degree in science / engineering or relevant subject
Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (e.g. Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, IAM, ICE or equivalent),
Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Highways sector.
Recognized expertise in assigned field.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
Computer literate using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum.
Relevant experience in developing road databases, websites and road asset management systems, shall have 12 years of general experience as an IT specialist and 10 years of specific experience in similar projects, and shall have knowledge of HDM-4 model or other asset management maintenance models
