We is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Roads Foreman
to supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to road construction and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 3 years of proven experience
in road projects and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations for road construction projects.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Assign tasks to labor teams and oversee productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports and report any site issues.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in road construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate labor teams.
Diploma or vocational certification in civil/road construction is a plus.
Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
