Job Summary

The

Road Safety Coordinator (HSE)

is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enhancing road and transport safety practices across project operations. The role focuses on

IVMS monitoring, journey management, driver safety, and compliance with ADNOC Group, UAE traffic regulations, and HSE standards

, ensuring safe transportation of personnel and materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue.

Technical / Professional Qualifications

Mandatory (Minimum one):

NEBOSH IGC

or equivalent (subject to ADNOC Group approval) Other HSE certifications (subject to ADNOC Group discretion)

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong

IVMS software expertise

Valid UAE Driving License

Added Advantage:

Additional HSE trainings and certifications

Work Experience

Minimum

5 years of overall work experience

in any industry At least

1 year of hands-on experience

in

Road Safety / Transport Safety

, with specific exposure to: IVMS data monitoring Report generation and analysis Road safety performance tracking must be aware of ADNOC road safety

Skills & Competencies

Conduct

HSE and Transport Safety inductions/orientations

Deliver

HSE awareness and road safety sessions

to the workforce Understand, implement, and monitor

Journey Management Plans (JMP)

Knowledge of

H?S awareness and Breathing Apparatus

(where applicable) Participate in and support

Transport Safety and Road Safety initiatives

Conduct

risk assessments

related to transport and vehicle operations Perform

vehicle inspections

with thorough knowledge of safety devices and compliance requirements Understand and implement

Transport Emergency Response Plans and Procedures

Prepare

road safety awareness materials

, presentations, and toolbox talks Maintain road safety databases and generate analytical reports using

IVMS or equivalent systems

Strong ability to

read, write, and communicate effectively in English
