7+ years' experience as ROAD DESIGN ENGINEER in Engineering or Contracting firm.
Develop and implement road design plans and specifications
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget
Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies
Conduct design and construction reviews to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff
Maintain project documentation and records in accordance with company standards
