Management Level Senior Associate
& Summary Join our Middle East Deals Risk & Quality (R&Q) team and play a key role in enabling the success of our Deals practice. As our business grows, so does the complexity of our engagements, making your role as an experienced Senior Associate vital to managing risk and ensuring quality. Your work will involve partnering closely with our Deals teams, guiding them through the engagement lifecycle, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.We support Deals project teams throughout the entire engagement lifecycle from bidding through contracting and on into delivery, taking a partnership approach to work alongside and collaborate with partners and teams.

Role Responsibilities
Responding to queries from Deals engagement teams, providing timely and solution-focused pragmatic advice
Supporting the pursuit of large scale transformation opportunities, working alongside the Deals R&Q Team, the engagement Teams and other risk management functions
Participating in raising and discussing contracting challenges, with support from OGC and senior stakeholders in the business
Participating in special projects to deliver the continuous change that is needed to improve the quality outcomes and profitability of Deals
Participating in developing and delivering training to staff across Deals
Building trusted relationships across Deals and other support teams, acting as a dedicated business advisor
Role Requirements
Experience in a client-facing advisory role
Background in risk management, ideally within a Big 4 environment
Strong interest in understanding and managing risks, including reputational, financial, and service permissibility risks
Proactive and flexible self-starter with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged under the transformation agenda
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Creative thinker with a willingness to develop innovative approaches
Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to influence and adapt communication style for different audiences
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
